contracts as the Project Manager. She is heavily involved in
negotiating all Contracts with Subcontractors and Building Owners as
well as all daily operations involving Accounting and Finance.
After two years as JCE’s Director of Finance and Site Management, she left to work first as Project Manager for L. Martone & Sons, Inc. (large New York Roofing Contractor) and then at Kelco, Division of Merck, Inc. in San Diego, CA in the Engineering Department, working directly for the Plant General Manager, and the Quality Control Lab. From 1992 –95 she was Controller of all divisions of Cow Bay Sprinkler Corp. D/B/A Cow Bay Contracting and Shore Road Nursery, Inc. She returned to JCE in 1995 as Vice President in charge of sales, marketing, and finance as a more informed professional with a complete background in Management and Finance.
Ms. Shillito's background includes employment with Clairol, Inc., Avnet, Inc., Pan American World Airways and Goodbody & Co., as well as self-employment operating a Motel in Florida and an after market truck parts operation in New Jersey. She has an AA degree from Green Mountain College, Poultney, VT. and attended Monmouth College as a Marketing Major.
Mr Byrne has over 35 years experience in the design and estimating of structural, architectural and mechanical engineering.
He has spent 20 years working as a senior estimator and project manager on numerous New York State water treatment plant projects, several school implementation and rehabilitation projects as well as IBM facilities projects.
His thorough knowledge of the New York State engineering industry and his vast experience as a estimator make him an extremely valuable member of our team and an asset to our clients.

Mr. Nemeroff has 46 years of experience in the construction industry employed by contractors, architectural, engineering and cost estimating companies.
He is a Supervising Estimator with a strong Mechanical background. Mr. Nemeroff's responsibilities include Estimating Services for all mechanical work in the design phases, cost reduction, daily on-site review and estimates of all contractor proposals for bids, change orders, extras, tenant changes and negotiations of over thirty projects for IBM manufacturing facilities.
Hand has 30 years of experience in electrical engineering and cost
estimating from schematic to 100% construction documents.
As a senior estimator, he has extensive knowledge in change orders preparation, budget and detailed estimates.
His high understanding in both electrical design and construction allows him to efficiently accommodate any of our clients’ needs.

Mr. Di Valentin is also specialized in Change Order Review and Value Engineering Session.
