STEPHEN OLLAREK, Scheduler He establishes establishes the basis for coordinating the construction phases with the engineering and design group in terms of facilitating the integration of the design, procurement and construction process, promoting project planning, scheduling and cost control assistance in conjunction with the JCE Estimating Team. The complete team will assist the Client with facilities planning, construction feasibility, studies, cost evaluation, construction schedules and procedures with the objective for cost-efficient operating methods to insure completion of a project on time and within budget.
