J. C. Estimating, Inc., a Woman Owned Business (WBE) and Disadvantage Business Entreprise (DBD) construction consultant firm, was established in 1980 to provide our Clients construction services with detail cost estimate, design options cost analysis, value engineering, constructability review of the construction documents, construction bid estimate, contractors bid proposals evaluation, change orders estimate and reconciliation.

JCE provides services to both public and private sectors with projects cost up to the several billion dollars. As Owner's representative, JCE projects managers will advise you on all construction related questions from pre-construction design phase to completion of project.
